gbaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gbaji platform and all services, games, betting, payment transactions, and promotional activities carried out under it. The meaning of terms used in this document is defined below:

• "Platform" — The gbaji website and mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on gbaji.
• "Services" — Casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other entertainment-based activities.
• "Balance" — The total amount held in a user's account, where real money and bonus funds are accounted for separately.
• "Transaction" — A deposit, withdrawal, or any other financial activity.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any term, you must refrain from using the platform.

The minimum age to open an account on gbaji is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may register or use any service on this platform. There will be no exceptions to this, and if a user fails to verify their age during the verification process, their account will be cancelled.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register, the user must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age.
2. Hold a valid national identity card or passport.
3. Have a Bangladeshi mobile number registered in their own name.
4. Open only one account under their identity.
5. Not be a resident of any country or region where receiving such services is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Verification

gbaji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The verification process may require copies of a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate. If the required documents are not submitted, the account may be restricted temporarily or permanently.

When registering on gbaji, the user must provide accurate and complete information. gbaji has the right to cancel an account if incorrect or false information is provided.

3.1 Account Security

After registration, the user is fully responsible for keeping their password and login details secure. Sharing account details with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be contacted immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be cancelled and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Information

If any personal details change after registration — such as a mobile number or email address — the user must notify the gbaji support team without delay. gbaji will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

All financial transactions on gbaji are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The payment methods currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted, and suspicious transactions will be investigated.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met (see: Section 5).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

gbaji offers various promotions and bonus offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated alongside the relevant offer. General bonus terms are given below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, gbaji gives a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

1. A bonus applies only once per account.
2. After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
3. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
4. If suspicious or abusive bonus activity is identified, the bonus will be cancelled.
5. gbaji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

All bets placed on gbaji are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases of a technical error on the part of the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, official results are considered final. If a match is cancelled or the result remains undecided, that bet will be cancelled and the amount refunded. In live betting, a bet may be cancelled due to delays.

6.2 Casino and Slots

The individual game rules apply to casino games and slots. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result of that round may be cancelled and the staked amount returned to the balance. The RTP of all slots and games on gbaji is set by the respective game provider.

6.3 Odds and Results

Displayed odds are subject to change. Winnings will be calculated based on the odds that were applicable at the time the bet was confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gbaji reserves the right to cancel that bet.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the gbaji platform. Involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary:

1. Using a false identity or someone else's identity.
2. Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
3. Organised betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions (arbitrage, bonus hunting).
4. Using any software, bots, or automated tools.
5. Transacting funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
6. Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
7. Harassing or threatening other members.

gbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if:

• A breach of these Terms occurs.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• The user does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• It is deemed necessary under applicable laws or regulations.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. Before closing the account, ensure all valid balances have been withdrawn.

gbaji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and we are committed to ensuring it does not become a problem. Our Responsible Gaming Guidelines are designed to help members play safely and in a controlled manner.

9.1 Setting Limits

Users can set limits on deposits, bets, or losses if they wish. These limits can be changed through account settings or via the support team.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If someone feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion. During this period, account login will be completely disabled.

gbaji places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. The methods of collecting, storing, and using data are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. SSL encryption is used on the platform, so all data is exchanged through secure channels.

Users' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities if required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.

The gbaji platform provides services on an "as is" basis. gbaji does not accept liability for compensation in the following situations:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connectivity or device-related issues.
• If the user's password or login details fall into someone else's hands due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to government directives or technical reasons.
• Due to failure or delay by a third-party payment provider.

gbaji does not provide any financial guarantee regarding the outcome of any game or the result of any bet. Gaming is entirely a personal decision, and it is the user's own responsibility to ensure they have the mental and financial capacity to bear the associated risks.

gbaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between gbaji and the user, and replace any previous oral or written understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
